Job Description

We are looking for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager (odoo) who can develop, plan, and implements an ERP system. He also determines how a project is run, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.

Project managers lead the implementation of new processes that require ERP configuration. He evaluates and propose changes to ERP system requirements to fulfill the organizational needs. He also provides leadership as the business undergoes an ERP to promote the existing flow of business.

Qualifications:

Any relevant bachelor’s degree/ BE / MCA / MBA

Minimum Experience Level:

a. Must working experience with ERPs with minimum 2 year in a position where significant implementation responsibilities were managed by the candidate.

b. One full life cycle would be preferred.

c. At least 2 years’ experience as an ERP executive in a manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Hardware maintenance

a. Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.

b. Troubleshooting network related issues (Both configuration and hardware)

c. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

d. Managing the internet connectivity of the office and the Wi-Fi facilities across all machines including server and laptops

e. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures & Documentations

f. Basic skills in Ticketing Systems with IT Asset Management

g. Experience with Email & Antivirus Management

h. Hands on experience in Handling Network Printing & Scanning.

i. Hands on experience with CCTV Administration

ERP Implementation & Customization

a. Analyze ERP needs of business processes requirements.

b. Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces as well as configuring ERP applications.

c. Ensure seamless integration of various processes into ERP.

d. Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.

e. Strong knowledge in accounting and manufacturing modules.

f. Acting as the liaison between the ERP vendor and the company throughout the implementation project.

g. Lifecycle knowledge of software development, quality assurance, and software testing is a plus

h. Knowledge of using analytical and reporting tools are a major plus.

i. IT Audit – To verify all kind of entries and reports periodically and update to the management.

j. Reviewing, Improving and Designing new Business Processes where needed and working with technology teams to implement the revised processes.

k. Cycle time analysis of each function.

l. Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates, including updates and improvements for all processes.

m. Developing training materials and providing ERP end-user training and technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
