Job Description

JD for the Electrical Engineers / Senior Engineers:

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Technology / Diploma

Minimum Experience Level:

5-10 Years

“Collaborate with team to turn Concepts into reality. Execute broad engineering knowledge to design and development new products, product changes and enhancements. Create and test product prototypes after electrical simulation To work in an active and methodical way, securing that the design will fulfill the requirement specification regarding safety, business requirements and quality and usability. Assist putting together detailed technical specification in the inquiry procedure during the prototype design and testing of components. Cost optimization & TCO on each product Getting Component level and Full vehicle approval (state and Central Approval) from Testing center. Responsible for development of all the electrical aspects . Monitor and control programs to ensure smooth operations and identify issues. Ensure to resolve all identified problems. Develop, analyze, research on product and development studies on global market. Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement”

Key result areas:

· Manage and execute the project roadmap from electrical point of view for the site to create value for the business

· Analyze technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project

· Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans

· Manage and monitoring all assigned electrical projects

· Manage electrical contractors to enable completion of one’s site within timelines

· Maintain conducive work environment to execute the projects successfully

· Meet every project timeline for one’s site construction 100% of the time

· Achieve all budgeted cost targets for construction of one’s site as per the project plan

· Ensure high project quality from electrical aspects at every stage of the site construction

· Ensure quality assurance on all electrical components

· Spearhead and drive safety for one’s site. Ensure health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.

Must have skills:

· Project Design & Execution experience in Electric vehicle projects

· Knowledge of BLDC motors and controllers

· Knowledge of PLC and DC drives

· Knowledge of Heaters, Thermocouple, Temperature Controller, SSR & Relay

· Knowledge of Utilities, Step-up, Step-down converters, Compressors, DG, UPS and Inverters.

· Trouble Shooting of BLDC motor configuration Work

· Ability to handle large datasets and perform high-level data analysis

· Analytical thinker and critical problem solver

· Project management skills

· Technophile – be enthusiastic about new technology.

· Able to manage budgets and maximize the yield from them
