SSRS INGICON PVT LTD Hiring for Planning & Billing Engineer at Rānchī Full Time

1. Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the approved design & drawings.

2. Obtain Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Monthly progress Report (MPR) from the sites.

3. Obtain subcontractors bill and verify with site DPRs.

4. Verifying the client bill as per measurement book.

5. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors.

6. Coordinating with accounts department in case of any clarification on the subcontractors bill.

7. Preparing material re-conciliation monthly wise and verifying with the consumption.

8. Carry out monthly report of work in progress, including forecasting of final quantity to complete the work and report to the concerned project head in case of any deviations found with the estimated quantity / budget.

9. Preparing deviation report and submit to the client for approval.

10. Monitoring the complete BOQ during execution to ensure it is within the estimated quantity / budget.

11. Ready to travel from the office to various sites as and when required.

12. Keeping database of the as built quantities for the completed projects.

Required Experienced Billing Engineer for Highways and Structure work for our NHAI Road Project (Bhagalpur to Munger Road Project) who must have experienced in, Road and Structure work in a road infrastructure company and have relevant experiences in making RA Billing, Client Billing, Sub-contractors Billing, BBS as per executed quantities at site and as per designs & plans, layouts, working drawings.

Education

UG : Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
