Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, redirecting them as necessary or taking messages.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using office equipment, such as phones, printers, and scanners.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
