The Possible Inc. has an immediate vacancy for a result-driven, ambitious
Account Manager: Business Services who can get the ground running on
managing multiple brands and accounts across various industries. The Role-
holder will quickly and effectively address client requirements and will be
expected to manage multiple small and key accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to
your accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts
and agreements to maximize profit
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs & build a
strategic plan to improve client profitability & overall results for TPI’s
main services – Marketing, Technology & Finance
Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the
most income for the company
Communicate and collaborate with the content, design, marketing,
technology, and finance teams / vendors to ensure that key clients’
needs are met
Identify and onboard the right vendors for all TPI services – Branding,
Marketing, Technology, Finance
Analyze existing strategy / approaches to the development of client’s
business and suggest holistic enhancements to service proposals and
execution plans that will help improve the overall outcome for the client
Manage the day-to-day performance of the teams involved in managing
and executing the client projects
Build appropriate marketing material to ensure target achievement is
supported
Anticipate key account changes and regularly suggest improvements in
SOPs
Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal
teams and vendor teams
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to maximize profit by up-
selling or cross- selling
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously
proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a
timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with
complaints to maintain trust and monitor customer satisfaction and
service delivery standards.
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account
teams and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines
for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
