Job Description
Experience : 1 to 4 years
Demonstrated Skills:
• Average ability on calling, spoken and written English with moderate medical billing knowledge.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, on moderate and complex tasks with guidance from supervisors
• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to talk to insurance companies and check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy.
• Willingness to work in the night shift
• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Should have good typing speed of 25 wpm
• Should ensure 100% attendance.
Skills / Req:-
AR Calling, Denial Management, US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, RCM, AR Followup.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
Bengaluru , Night shift
