Job Description

This technical position sits inside the Global Integration Center of Excellence is responsible for managing the health of our Global Boomi middleware space consisting of a number of Key Systems including on premise SAP systems (HCM and ERP), a cloud based SAP SuccessFactors System, Salesforce CRM and a number of legacy and third party systems. Technologies used include SAP CPI and Dell Boomi. This hands-on role will ensure that all projects and system support areas are implemented and maintained to quality by adopting best practice configuration and technology. This technical role will be involved with analysis and design, system configuration, integration, testing, maintenance and support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases of the Boomi Atom. The successful candidate will work closely with IT technical analysts and functional consultants to understand the business requirements and deliver integration solutions that support the ongoing Global IT and business strategy.

Job /Skills Requirement:

• Provides in-depth expertise in technical and operational support of multiple integration components and technologies of our SAP systems primarily using Dell Boomi Atom toolset
• Defines, creates, reviews, updates, and maintains standard-operational-procedure documentation relating to Boomi integration support and processes
• Is able to design, develop, test and implement our Dell Boomi integrations
• Experience working with EDI and SAP CPI is a big plus and will be a future requirement
• Collaborates with the business departments in analyzing and defining requirements
• Manages projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensures high availability of Boomi Atom system integrations
• Perform daily monitoring of Boomi production systems, review system logs to identify signs of potential problems with our Integrations
• Demonstrates high level of communication skills (verbal and written)
• Keeps well-informed of the latest Boomi technology, system releases to determine compatibility and enhancements. Researches and implements enhancements and new technologies as required.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field
• Minimum 5 years’ hands on Boomi Integration and administrator experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational support of SAP ECC 6.0 with knowledge of basic Tcodes, SAP concepts and IDOC’s
• Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience with supporting integrations with complex systems
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with implementing and supporting SAP CPI and EDI such as X.12 or EDIFACT is a big plus
• Experience with MuleSoft, Java and API development would be a big plus

• Customer service mindset – seeking constantly to understand from the customer’s point of view, the problems being faced and the solutions that may work best
• Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls
• Proven track record using analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English required
