Responsibilities:
CRM System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring its smooth functioning, data integrity, and user accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the CRM system, and customize it to meet specific marketing needs.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Utilize the CRM system to develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).
- Implement segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups and personalize marketing communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Perform in-depth analysis of day-to-day campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights.
Required Skill Sets:
- Proficiency in email writing, HTML designing of emails, marketing automation setup, setting up journeys, and execution of marketing campaigns such as WhatsApp, emails, SMS, push notifications etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is prefered.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on CRM trends and best practices.
