Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Exposure to preboarding formalities, documents validation, background check.
Exposure to Candidates warm connect, preboarding kit, welcome kit offerings.
Exposure to various employee letters and record keeping.
Experience in working with Global teams on HRMS/Oracle – Employee Onboarding/Offboarding.
Experience in Campus recruitment and conducting Walk-ins interview as required.
Experience in candidates co-ordination, interview scheduling and offer approval and offer releases.
Experience in handling staffing vendor agencies for regular and contract hiring.
Experience in Social Media recruitment process (Linkedin, Github & Others) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
You must have:
Graduate in HR/Business Administration.
Min experience of 1 to 3 years in Human Resources, immediate joiners preferred.
Have excellent command over English language, both written & verbal.
Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people.
Be a self-starter and have the ability to work to direction but independently.
Have good organizational and administrative skills & strong attention to detail.
Well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
Location preference will be Bangalore and willing to work in hybrid model 3 days in office.
