The E-Commerce Operations Manager oversees the productivity of E-commerce platforms and manages the day-to-day operations such as but not limited to, managing orders, efficiency of supply chain, performs excellent customer service, secures and ensures the accuracy of the inventories and stocks, and so on.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day orders
- Sourcing new vendors and products
- Improving supply chain
- Improving packaging
- Managing inventory
- Managing emails for reviews, abandoned checkouts, discounts, etc.
- Managing processes through Shopify
- Managing new Shipments, RTOs, NDRs, Disputes, etc. through shipping platform
- Customer support and interaction
- Creating and setting SOPs in place
Qualifications
- Experience using shopify or knowledge about ecommerce (preferable)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
