• Leading in-house credit & collection team for optimizing risk on new business and collection of current AR
• Tracking and maintain record of credit business of Rental Division for PAN India
• Conduct thorough research on old debt recovery cases
• Preparation of MIS reports and dashboard to provide feedback to top management on business operations such as collection, aging profile, P&L impact, etc.
• Preparing dashboard for sales team and other stakeholders for monthly review meeting to discuss critical accounts
• Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
• Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹140,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
