What will you be doing?Role Summary

Reporting to the Enterprise Technologist, the

post-holder is responsible for providing an excellent level of line support to

SAP operations

This role will be responsible for change and

release management

Maintain

skills in SAP

Solution Manager process design, setup and deployment; Responsible for

overall SAP Solution Manager strategy roadmap and implementation

timelines. … Design, implement and test ALM functionalities

of SAP Solution Manager like Charm, ITSM, E2E monitoring, mail

notifications etc.,

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations

Lead change and release

management for SAP

Manage contract/ relationship

with SAP Support Partners

Support SAP Methods and

Tools during Implementation of Solution Manager ALM functionalities –

Specifically Solution Documentation and Charm in

version 7.2

Manage the tasks and

deliverables for the successful implementation of Charm in an

N+1 environment and Solution Documentation as Project Manager

Develop governance, strategy,

and support model for Solution Documentation and Solution Implementation

functionalities as a Lead (includes inventory of Business Processes, Process

Steps, End User Transactions, Custom Development objects, Configuration,

TBOMs and related Documentation)

Configure customer’s

Solution Manager system to monitor/alert on the customer’s HEC Based systems.

Process Documentation and involved in the future roadmap for Solman 7.2

Trained and supported the

customer on setting up and usage of Solution Documentation as a standard for

all Solutions to include blueprint/configuration/development/Process Step

libraries as the basis to building a business process hierarchy

Demonstrated the strategy

and usage of the branch’s functionality for the release of further

implementations as well as the maintenance for existing processes including

alerts and business process monitoring

Included identifying

critical business processes and KPIs

Documented and configured

the strategy for the usage of Business Process Change Analyzer and Test Scope

Optimization

Experience in landscape

management like updates, upgrades, and new installations

Experience in managing complete lifecycle of custom developments from requirement

to retirement.

Supported the build process

for TBOM (Technical Bill of Materials) creation and assisted in the strategy

for running BPCA

Control and Maintain change

and release tracker, release schedule and release calendar. Including Open

Freeze and close release in SAP Solman and Service Now ITIL

Quality assurance for

building the Business Process Hierarchy in Solution Manager in accordance

with SAP best practices
