Ø Handling raw material and finished goods stock handling.

Ø Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Ø Plant logbook updating and monitoring like scrubbers, evaporators, BMR and also compliance legal books data.

Ø Ensuring the shutdown activity in a shift is to be carried out as per time schedule.

Ø Report while attending and relieving the duties.

Ø Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.

Ø Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.

Ø Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.

Ø Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.

Ø Working with other team members to complete the production process.

Ø Daily round in working plant to knowing the routine problems & discussion

Ø Take immediate action and report to senior authority if there any violation of safety rules and SOP

Ø Ensure all workers are wearing PPE’s in good condition.

Ø To ensure the targeted production with minimum down time.

Ø To ensure quality of product and packaging in the shift.

Ø To ensure no misoperation and unsafe act/practices in the shift.

Ø To coordinate with services dept. for prompt and effective execution.

Ø To take care of the health of man, machine and personnel on the floor.

Ø To ensure that no odor in the Plant and surroundings and working environment is conducive for carrying the assigned jobs.

Ø To liaising with others department like, Lab, Maintenance and store

Ø To follow the rules and regulation laid down by Management time to time

Ø Responsible for equipment’s’ health, maintenance work

Ø responsible for shift production quantity & quality

Ø Responsible for plant’s housekeeping

Ø Monitor plant to ensure efficient production

Ø Monitoring and maintaining proper chemical concentrations within equipment and storage tanks

Ø Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality

Ø Achieve the plant production targets by monitoring process parameters, yield & quality during the shift

Ø Ensure the required availability levels of utilities (steam, air, cooling water) & report shortfalls to the superior

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per month
