: 1. To ensure the Quality system and cGMP in plant. 2. To ensure the delivery of quality product. 3. To coordinate the internal and external customer and motivate his team by appropriate resources allocation( men, material, machine, training)so that his team can deliver quality product as per the marketing need month after month. 4. To meet the budget requirement month after month.
5. To ensure the harmony of industrial relationship and to improve the productivity in continuous mode.
6. To ensure up-keep of building facilities, equipment, through regular preventive maintenance calibration and requalification. 7. To ensure all employee of department must have adequate qualification, experience and training so that each one of them can perform right first time and every time. 8. To ensure the compliance of internal / external audit and to ensure timely adequate response of audit finding from the department to the auditor to close the issue highlighted by auditor.
