1. To obtain the line clearance as per BPR, SOP and checklist.
2. To follow daily plan and execute the same.
3. To execute packing activity as per written procedures and cGMP at shop floor.
4. To monitor and record online inprocess parameters.
5. To follow up and organize Packing material, Bulk Tablets and Stereos to achieve the daily productivity.
6. To maintain work discipline and time management in the department.
7. To ensure justify utilization of resources to increase production index per person.
8. To carry out different entries required in the system (SAP).
9. To fill the Shop floor log books.
10. Reconciliation of Packing material and rejection analysis and BPR Closing.
11. To Participating in Training Programs and share the knowledge to supporters.
12. To identify Safety Related Observation and on line Compliance.
13. To take care of Equipment (Cleaning and preventive maintenance) and document the same.
14. To improve production yield.
15. To ensure adherence to Quality Standard during all stages of packing operation.
