Sampling activity : Intermediate, API, Raw Material, In-process (Recovered Solvents) and Validation samples etc.
2.
To monitor and Maintain Sampling tool and it’s cleanliness records.
3.
Handling of Control Sample activity of Raw Material.
4.
Destruction of samples.
5.
Monitoring laboratory cleaning activity and sampling room in warehouse.
6.
Registration of all type of Samples through LIMS.
7.
Miscellaneous work in Quality Control department.
8.
To monitor and set up the QC Documents and Chemicals/Reagent Stock management.
9.
Analysis of on-line in-process samples and Other Samples.
10.
Preparation and monitoring of TLC related standard solution and detergent solution record.
11.
Calibration of pH meter, Analytical Balance, Halogen moisture Analyzer, Karl Fischer Apparatus, TLC Visualizer.
12.
Analysis of particle size by Sieve and Bulk Density.
13.
Online raw data recording and documentation through LIMS Software.
