Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Validation: Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead validation ensuring accurate information and followups.
  

• Influencer Appointment Coordination: Make appointment calls to influencers ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.
  

• Service Support: Provide online and oncall support particularly during holidays to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  

• Database Management: Maintain update and manage databases for accurate records of customer interactions leads and appointments.
  

• Market Research: Conduct online research on competitors and stay updated on current market trends to provide insights for business improvement.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
  

• Experience:
  

• Experience in a support or customer service role is a plus.
  

• Prior experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
