Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals, as well as managing and growing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives
• Create and edit social media content, including writing and curating engaging posts and creating graphics
• Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and engage with social media followers, including responding to comments and messages
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media strategies with overall business goals

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated passion for social media and marketing

Salary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
