Job Description:OVERVIEW A customer professional with Transportation knowledge to address employees transportation concerns RESPONSABILITIESSound communication skill both written and verbalNeed to know Local / city TopographyKnowledge on MS officeTo Manage drop to all the associates who logouts of the shifts or to handle calls made by the associates and addressing their queriesNeed to coordinate with the vendors and associates and provide timely dropNeed to address queries raised by associates over phoneQualifications:QUALIFICATION & SKILLSETS REQUIREDMinimum Degree / DiplomaFlexible to work in rotating shifts with 6 days working70% of the work will be on the ground / Parking and only 30% of the work will be system oriented (In case of Drop Management Team)Good at handling calls and should be customer friendly and helpful in natureShould be good at call documentations
