Desired Qualification: Diploma-Mechanical (Passed out in 2021-2022)

As a Diploma Engineer Trainee in Mechanical for manufacturing operations with a desire to-learn attitude, ready to work as per superiors’ instructions, and ownership attitude, your job description may include the following:

· Assisting in the manufacturing process of mechanical components and systems while demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.

· Collaborating with other team members to improve manufacturing processes while being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

· Ensuring that quality standards are met in all manufacturing processes while following safety protocols.

· Learning to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery while demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.

· Identifying and troubleshooting problems in manufacturing processes and recommending solutions while demonstrating an ownership attitude.

· Ensuring that production targets are met within the given time while being accountable and responsible for your work.

· Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering technology and techniques while being proactive in seeking new learning opportunities.

· Maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethics, and excellent communication skills while working under the guidance of senior engineers and production supervisors.

As a Diploma Engineer Trainee in manufacturing operations, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong desire to learn, be open to feedback, and take ownership of your work. You will also be expected to work closely with your superiors and production supervisors, communicate effectively, and be willing to work on a variety of tasks and projects as required to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
