We are looking for immediate joiners who could join our People Function Dept. (HR & Admin) and can function as a catalyst in our growth journey.

The Job/ Position Summary

Assist in implementing people practices and general administration to support the next phase of growth for SyamaDyanamic Motor Cycles Pvt. Ltd.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment of key talents.
• Handling employee relations, payroll, and other statutory compliances.
• Organizing employee learning and development.
• Facilitating internal communications practices.
• Assisting in the implementation of the Performance / Contribution assessment system.
• Assisting in facilitating reward and recognition practices.
• Handling General Administration.

Skills and Experience

• 3 years of proven experience as a result-oriented HR executive preferably with the automobile industry.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances for the business and employees.
• Knowledge of Performance Management.
• Skills/ Experience in learning and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
