Job Description

We need Sous #chef Chef from India for our Indian restaurant #restaurant #job in New Jersey USA, with 3-4 years degree in culinary arts from A registered college.Experience: Between 3 to 5 years (excluding the 3-4 years #culinary degree). :Helping in the preparation and design of food #food menus.
Producing high-quality plates both design and taste-wise.
Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
Directs food preparation and collaborates with the executive chef.
Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions.
Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules, and sanitation requirements.
Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications.
Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterward.
Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and complies with food safety standards.
