Preferred Skills:
Candidate should be having excellent communication skills
Good at customer handling skills
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Provide superior customer support by handling customer queries over the phone
Provide satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT
Experience in handling calls from Indian customers / international customers / tele sales / upselling
Should be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts (No night shift for female employees)

Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi mandatory
Experience in any of the following categories are preferred – telesales, sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inside sales, presales etc.
Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers
Any Graduates or Undergraduates with 6 months to 2 years of experience
Fast learners with a passion in Customer Service
Fresher with good communication skills can apply
