Role: Tableau Server Administrator with Power BI Experience
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Bangalore
Job description :
– Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Tableau Server

– Minimum of 1 – 2 years- experience in Snowflake

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in Power BI server installation and development

– Work with the Business Insight team to help generate critical metrics and dashboards that support ongoing reporting and measure business success using various versions of Tableau

– Administration of Tableau server including installations, upgrades, user, user groups creation, and setting up security features.

– Advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau software (Desktop Pro Server Interactor) with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration.

– Involved in Installation and upgrade of Tableau server and server performance tuning for optimization.

– Install, Configure, set up Primary and Worker Nodes (drivers, patches) Disaster Recovery, Backup, cleaning logs…

– Analyze the customer issues in production, troubleshooting, and providing resolution based on the issues from both technical and business perspectives.

– Work very closely with Data Architects, DBAs, SMEs, and Power Users in setting up the environment that meets the needs of users.

– Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau Dashboards/Workbooks, data extraction, etc

– Assist and guide business users in building Tableau Dashboards, Adhoc Analysis and collaborate within the business community

– Excellent working experience with Snowflake

– Knowledge of Power BI server installation and configuration

– Ability to build Power BI Dashboards
