Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies
to recruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.
Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle
times.
Hire & Re-hire Specialist Recruiters and Teams to build a Subject Matter Expert Team.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of professional technical recruiting experience with a bachelors
degree, orequivalent experience + MBA (HR)
Should have led 2-3 member teams for at least 1-3 years.
Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies
effectively and independently.
Proven background in hiring for highly technical roles.
Strong background in sourcing passive technical talent utilizing LinkedIn, job
boards, and other networking tools..
