THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Scrum Master, you’ll act as facilitator and advocate of the Agile methods of collaboration, in alignment with a product-centric organization. This role coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of a product team. You’ll collaborate closely with and is the single point of contact to the product owner, coordinate the development team and align with release management to achieve customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as facilitator and advocate of the Agile/Scrumpractices in alignment with a product-centricorganization. This role coordinates, supports, and assistsallaspects of product development.

• Collaborateclosely with productowners and development teams to achievecustomersatisfaction.

• Coachscrumteams on basic Agile practices with the goal of applyingmorecomplexpractices as the team matures.

• Advocate for the use of Agile practicesincludingScrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.

• Facilitate team ceremonies from sprint planning to demonstration, as well as trackingprogress and achievement of the team goals at daily stand-upsusingburndowncharts/cumulativeflowdiagrams.

• Buildeffective communication and interactionbetween Agile teams, as well as strongworkingrelationships with teamsusingtraditionalproject management methods.

• Leadworkshops and trainingsessions on topicssuch as story pointing, user story creation, prioritization.

• Develop a generativeculture of sharingrisk and responsibility.

• Help createan environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• Ensurethat feedback loopsareshort and thatwhatislearnedisused for improvement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field, orotherrelevantworkexperience.

• 2+ years of experience in Agile development working as a Scrum Master.

• 4+ years of experiencewithin a Lean/Agile development environment.

• Thoroughunderstanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean practices.

• Understanding of design thinking, DevSecOps, and CICD pipelines a plus.

• Experience with Jira.

• Comfortableleadingmulti-dayworkshops and trainingmodules.

• English language proficiency

Preferred to have : (not a must to fill)

• Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired

• Industry-recognized Agile and / or DevOps Qualifications,

• Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience)
