Job Title: Senior Manager – Site Business Excellence

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

About the role:

• Productivity and process enhancement, process automation and optimization.

• Operational effectiveness / Excellence for measuring plant processes, monitoring, and control of process equipment.

• Proficient in API process monitoring & developing strategies to support the scale up and continuous manufacturing processes.

• Market savvy and proactive in gathering and deciphering market data, skillful in understanding technology demands, collaborate with internal & external stakeholders and suggest appropriate recommendations that positively impact the business operations, procedures, and processes.

• Strong hands on experience of cGMP and FDA regulatory guidelines and compliances.

• Create value stream implementation projects with a focus on continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery and costs.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, interpersonal skills, experience of working in multicultural and multilingual environment as necessary, ability to participate and contribute to a multidisciplinary team to eliminate queries of RFT.

• Strong project management skills with an inherent interest in Analyzing large data and rolling out of project performance metrics reporting, implementing profitability improvement plans.

What you bring to Takeda:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering, MBA – Operations Management. Black Belt – Six Sigma certified, Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced MS Excel and other Data analytics tools.

• Work Experience: More than 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in an API Manufacturing Facility (USFDA approved preferred).

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP, Data Analytics, Black Belt – Six Sigma certified

• Competencies/Behaviors: Excellent communication – verbal and written, Interpersonal skills, Strategic mindset, Financial acumen, Change management.
