Job Description
Job purpose
- Develop PLC & HMI Programming and Commissioning of Machine Tools based Industrial
Automation Systems
Duties and responsibilities
- Understanding the customer requirements for PLC and Automation System from the Inputs
document provided by customer.
- Develop PLC & HMI Programming for the Industrial Automation Applications as per requirements
provided by customer.
- Debug and Commissioning of PLC Systems and HMI systems
- Configuring and Installation of Servo Drives and VFD for various leading Manufactures.
- Configuring Communication protocols like Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC Link, Modbus and Etc
with various third-party systems and PLC Systems.
- Configuring and Programming of Analogue Sensors in PLC Systems.
- Configuring and Programming of High-Speed signals like Encoder and Linear Scales in PLC Systems.
- To support for Installation & Commissioning at Site.
- To support trials and prove out of PLC & HMI Systems.
