We are looking for Senior Accounts Executive (Tally, Taxation, Focus):

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.com/M. Com

Experience: 2 to 4 years (IT COMPANY EXP PREFERRED)

Salary: Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- LPA

Job Description:

1. Handle all taxation, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables.

2. Maintain ledger books

3. Monitoring the preparation of sales invoices, coordinating in follow-up of receivables and cash collection

4. Monitoring payments to creditors & vendors

5. Handling of accounting transactions into the accounting system

6. Calculation & filling of statutory report, like income tax, TDS, Service tax, PF, ESI

7. Processing & preparing payroll & respective reports

8. Coordinating with Auditors for successful completion of Audit

9. Handling Vendor audits

10. Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheque, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents

11. Ensure all payments & receipts, to & from the company

12. Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures

13. Analyze and prepare revenue reports, expense reports, and other business transaction reports

14. Resolve client issues/concerns in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
