Forecast profits/sales and plan budget: –
 Visual Merchandising at the Store-Level.
 Use It in Planning Displays and in Keeping Stock Replenished As sale & stock.
 Linked between buyers and the sales floor, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximise 
sales and margin performance.
 Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, Clear outs etc.
 Analyse sales figure, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product range/Stock.
 Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributor and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
 Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
 Maintaining all files and format including tech pack sheet.
2. Prepare All Types of Reports: –
 Sale Report (Season, Zone & Style Wise etc.). 
 Top Selling Reports.
 Inventory Reports.
 Maintained Database.
 Making store outward report and track stock. 
 Ad-Hoc Reports (As Per Required by My HOD).
 Making Purchase Order and maintain the Purchase order tracker.
3. Support to: –
 Support to distribution department for stock planning & replenishments.
 Support to retail team for create article.
 Support to warehouse team for dispatching, inward, & logistic process.
 Support to all buyers for work process & order Processing vendor wise.
