This is a key operational role responsible for driving the execution of HR initiatives, policies, and processes across recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, and talent management to directly improve business outcomes. The role’s success is measured by its direct contribution to improved business outcomes.

A Master’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification) from a reputable institute, along with 2-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
