About Role
Designation- Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility
Tata Communications
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities include
End to end management of all CSR financial, compliance and legal issues
Drafting of MoUs/ contracts and managing legal due diligence and compliance requirements of such documents
Reviewing, interpreting, monitoring, and managing project and admin budgets
Assisting and guiding the CSR Head by providing relevant financial information during budgeting and fund allocation to NGOs, creation of the Annual Action Plan and other financial decisions
Creation of unspent CSR account and transfer of funds to the accounts and NGO UC certification by CFO
End to end management of CSR project (s) as required.
Oversee the monitoring & evaluation of the CSR projects and annual reporting process
Requisite skills and competencies:
Excellent knowledge of finance and compliance issues related to CSR
Excellent knowledge and understanding of CSR laws
Excellent understanding and experience of managing, coordinating, and evaluating CSR project portfolio
Ability to engage with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
Refined writing and documentation skills
Qualification and work experience:
Master’s degree in finance. 6-7 years of proven experience in financial management in CSR with working experience in legal issues. Proven ICT skills, especially in the use of finance and legal tools.
