Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore/Kolkata

Required Skillset: Business and Data Analysis with strong foundation preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare

Experience Range: 8+ Years

Job Description

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare
• Strong knowledge of Commercial business functions (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Market Access).
• Experience in data & analytics projects, preferably in Cloud-based Data Platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data needs into clear business requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Veeva), ERP, Market Data (IQVIA, DRG, CMS claims), and Pricing Models.
• Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA, Confluence, Scrum frameworks).

Good To Have:

• Prior experience with Data Governance & Compliance in MedTech
• Hands-on experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot)
• Knowledge of data cataloging & metadata management

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Customer Centric

1. Work closely with client teams to understand project requirements and translate into technical design
2. Experience working in scrum or with scrum teams

Internal Collaboration

Work with project teams and guide the end-to-end project lifecycle, resolve technical queries

Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, Design and Build teams to assist with data-related domain issues and support their data needs.

Soft Skills

Good communication skills

Ability to interact with various internal groups and CoEs

Disciplined and self-motivated – should be able to independently work

Should be coming to office 5 days a week / as per TCS policy

• Work across time zones as needed – working with US stakeholders, counterparts is a must and overlapping is needed.
