Qualification –
1. Full time Graduate with minimum 9 months of experience.
2. Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation and employment. Willingness to work in Rotational/ Night shifts.
Skills-
1. Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills and understanding of customer.
2. Respond to emails and chats. Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
3. Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue. Analyse, isolate and diagnose technical trouble
4. Provide existing trouble ticket status to customers
5. Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company polices
