International voice experience is mandatory : HRO – Contact Centre – Voice Agent- Work experience- 1-8 years Excellent Communication with International Voice experience a must Exposure to handling International customers / helpdesk experience Hands on experience in International HR Helpdesk / HR Contact center HRO – Contact Centre – Voice Quality Analyst/Trainer – Work experience- 4-9 years Excellent understanding of various processes of core HR Operations Experience is performing Quality monitoring for Tier 1 HR Helpdesk Should have experience in using Workflow / case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc. Good understanding of Quality Methodology and tools HRO – Contact Centre – Voice Team Lead – Work experience- 5- 9 years Excellent understanding of various processes of core HR Operations Experience in Leading team managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europe or US Employees HRO – Contact Centre – Voice Client Manager- Work experience- 8-11 years Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europe or US Employees Good understanding of Service level agreements and contractual compliance requirements Should have excellent client and stakeholder management skills HRO – Contact Centre – Voice Senior Client Manager – Work experience- 8-13 years Lead teams providing Tier HR helpdesk support to the Employees, Line Managers, Vendors and 3rd parties Team management, Team engagement and Succession planning Ensure policies and procedures are followed and Zero noncompliance across the engagement Ensure the Service Levels are met consistently Desired Candidate Profile BACHELOR OF ARTS
