Tata consultancy Services (TCS) is executing a mega E-Governance project called Passport Seva Project for the Govt of India. There are 77 Passport Seva Kendra’s across the country in 63 cities. This project has won several prestigious awards across all spectrums.

We are looking for fresh graduates from non-technical streams for Passport Seva Kendra – Vijaywada, Tirupathi, Begumpet, Ameerpet, Towlichowki, Nizamabad

Qualification: B.A, B.com, BBA, BSc, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc.

(Candidates with MCA, BE, B Tech, CA, CS, ICWA, LLB need not apply. It’s not a technical job hence candidates with technical qualification will not be interviewed)

Candidate Profile:
*Decent Communication and Interpersonal skills
*Good personality and customer handling skills.
*Proficient in English and local language
*Computer savvy and MS Office knowledge

Job Description:
1. Resolve customer queries and issues.
2. Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
3. Document Verification
4. Data entry
5. Ensure quality of services delivered.
6. Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs

Please Note : Candidates within 20 km preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
