MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Drive the Marketing & Business Development function of the Company as per its Business Objectives & Strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Develop Marketing & Business Development Strategy for the Company

• Undertake Market Studies/Business Intelligence activities to develop marketing strategy.
• Scrutinizing the Industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ strategy as inputs.
• Track competitor moves, schemes and new opportunities suitable for the industrial park.
• Ensure periodic assessment of the industry developments and document the same to update the marketing strategy.
• Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue generation from customers.

2.Identify Target Segments against Industry Sectors & Sub-Sectors to focus on Enquiry Generation

• Exploit all possible sources to generate enquiries as per ABP.
• Develop sector and sub-sector specific approach to generate enquiries.
• Define enquiries and their category and develop MIS to monitor. 

3.Develop Promotion Strategy and implement to improve Project Awareness & Generate Enquiry

• Create promotion strategy to establish the brand and credibility of the company.
• Develop implementation plan and get the budget approved for promotion strategy.
• Enhance the visibility of Gopalpur Industrial Park and increase awareness through seminars, exhibitions etc.
• Conduct Road Shows and generate interest for the project in potential players across the industries (national/ international).
• Coordinate with various industry forums and government agencies to identify avenues of promoting Gopalpur Industrial Park and Strengthen TSSEZL’s participation in various Industry and Investment forums.

4.Develop Pricing Policy and align the Commercial Offers with the policy to sign Firm Agreements

• Develop Pricing policy for the Company and get the governance system for implementation of pricing strategy in place.
• Design commercial offers and offer to potential customers in line with the Pricing Policy.
• Develop negotiation strategy and negotiate with customers to get max value for the company.

5.Develop LTP and ABP for the company along with plans to meet Sub-Leasing of Land and Revenue Generation targets

• Develop systems to monitor compliance to ABP on a regular basis and drive to meet targets.
• Identified common concerns for the incoming customers and resolved them systematically.
• Provide industry input to the project team for ensuring implementation of customer needs.
• Developing strategies to get ‘buy –in’ agreement from the key stake holders like State/ Central government officials at different stages of the project.
• Implementing B2B marketing strategy to increase business.

6.Explore various Business Development Opportunities for the Company leading to Revenue Generation through Value Added Services

• Explore possible business development opportunities to generate revenue for the Company.
• Build on the proposals with identified risks and mitigation measures.
• Get clarity on statutory limitations and simplify business development proposals.
• Engage with the strategic partners and firm up agreements to formalize the engagement.
• Facilitating potential Investors to handle local land, lease and administration issues.       

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Desired Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Qualification: Degree in Engineering or equivalent / MBA (preferable in Marketing) (Currently working in Marketing & Sales. Exposure in Marketing of SEZ/Industrial Park preferred.)

Essential Attributes: Excellent Communication Skills and Networking ability. Understanding of the Industrial scenario, Decision making, Influencing and negotiation Skills. Exposure to Industrial parks and SEZs.

Desired Attributes:  Thorough understanding of sector wise developments, Ability to develop pull and push strategies to increase attractiveness of the project, Integrity, Liasioning skills.

Knowledge: Sales & Marketing including Branding, Market research and Product development, Lead generation, Strategy and Business Development, Corporate B2B/B2C sales. Business Strategy, Investment Analysis, Financial Modeling, Transaction Advisory etc.
