Siebel Functional Consultant of 3 to 6 years of experience.

o Good understanding of Business Processes in Automobile/manufacturing domain.

o Good knowledge of different modules of Siebel CRM.

o Provide the Application Support to business Users and Dealerships users.

o Need to prepare the Functional Design Doc ,Release notes, BRDs

o Need to participate in System Integration testing and Support User Acceptance Test

o Need to Conduct training sessions for all the stakeholders.

o Participate in gap analysis between business requirements and application

functionalities.

Support the dealership and business users.
