TechXavvy Limited Hiring for Collection Agent at Calcutta Full Time

We are currently seeking a Customer Services and Collection Agent to join our team. If you have a customer-centeric approach, accounts receivable experience, want to work in a busy environment and have excellent written and spoken communication skills, then we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue payments and other bills.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Collect payments on past due payments.
• Create a list of people who have not made payments.
• Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
• Call customers using telephone.
• Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing. And record the details in CRM
• Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
• Attempt to collect payment as per collection process/
• Review terms of sale or loan documents.
• Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
• Listen to customer’s story and determine if debt can be collected.
• Set up repayment plans and new terms of sale.
• Record new commitment to repay debt. Save recording and attach to fin power for future references
• Sent daily and weekly reports to management.
• Manage the Payments portals to minimise the transaction fees.
• Meet the targets assigned.
• Sent text messages and letters to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
