Job Description

At Teledyne LeCroy Protocol Solutions Group, we develop market-leading protocol testing products that are essential tools for top-tier technology companies who create leading-edge communications, data center, consumer electronics, and computer products. Position Summary and Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development involving SW/HW integration of our products.

• Take part in and lead the full software development life cycle.

• Be an active contributor in an agile, multi-disciplinary team to design and implement software for complex and high-performance systems.

• Work with our Customer Support team and with customers directly to achieve and maintain customer delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of C++ object-oriented programming experience on Windows.

• Very strong object-oriented design skills.

• Strong skills in creating software for data analysis and visualization.

• Robust design, implementation, and debugging capabilities.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Experience in developing software for controlling complex hardware-based systems.

• Open minded, quick learner, able to solve problems in a complex system

• Team Player, good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills – a must!

• Creative, likes challenges

Preferred:

• Experience with one or more of the following protocols: PCIe, NVMe, USB, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SAS, SATA, Infiniband, Fibre Channel – a plus!

• Programming for LINUX and/or MAC, using Qt – a plus

• Knowledge of network communication protocols – a plus!

• Hands-on experience developing Windows applications in Visual Studio.

• Experience and taste for designing and implementing user interfaces – a plus!

• Familiarity with collaboration tools and configuration management tools.

• Familiarity with data science/analytics techniques – a plus!

• Ability to be a team leader – a plus!

BS in EE, CS or Computer Engineering – a must

MS in EE is a plus
