We are urgently hiring for a large multinational sports video game publisher.

Work from Office only

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• The customer support representatives will answer daily customer correspondence through blended methods (voice and non voice).
• These call center representatives provide assistance and information in an efficient and professional manner about products, pricing, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
• Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
• Provide solutions for basic problems, work within the time limits provided, and take ownership of issues.
• Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements

Who all can apply?

• Graduates only required (should have completed graduation).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Candidates with minimum 2 years experience in international BPO’s can apply
• Chat/blended experience required
• 5.5 days working and 9.5 hrs. of rotational shifts
• CTC INR 31,000 monthly CTC + INR 2,000 variable payout
