Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for control ,monitoring ,and calibration of Measuring Instruments in Metrology laboratory .
Planning new instruments.
Calibration of Instruments & Gauges across the Piston plant and Few other departments.
Sending instruments for repair & service to external agencies.
Calibration of primary instruments and gauges at NABL accredited lab.
Maintaining of Calibration records.
Maintaining Lab related documents in line with IATF documents.
Maintaining OJT(On job training) records of Lab persons.
Support for Setup approvals in geometrical parameters & other parameters using lab equipment’s.
Programming of CMM and Form tester for relevant part inspection.
Required Experience
Diploma in Mech / Automobile with experience of min 3 yrs in auto component industry & experience in Calibration activities
Calibration, SQC & ISO / TS . Additional qualification / Experience
Qualified for ISO/IEC 17025:2017
