Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting direct sourcing, recruitment administration and onboarding activities to secure great talent for Tetra Pak – both internal and external hires. You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction (communication, ease of process, effectiveness, candidate fit, speed), candidate relationship and satisfaction, and overall hiring quality.
This position is part of SAM Resourcing team and based out at our Chakan, Pune office.
What you will do
Supporting direct sourcing of candidates for various departments across the job levels within SAM market.
Responsible for talent hiring through varied channels; sustaining the standard cycle time.
Closely coordinate with functional Managers during the recruitment process and decision making.
Focus on zero turnaround time (passive sourcing, internal, contract emp and trainee pool)
Improvising the recruiting process with an emphasis on hiring the best candidate.
Identified critical positions and maintained pool of resumes / candidates for same to curtail lead time.
Taking care of joining formalities & induction for new joiners.
Internal announcements & smart card generation for new joiners.
Maintaining employee file for SAM Market employees.
Preparation of confirmation letters, appointment letters and other necessary letters.
Coordination with payroll team for hassle free disbursement of salary.
Recruitment Process Coordination.
Creation of PR & PO for vendor payments.
Travel reimbursements for candidates.
Coordination for quarterly induction of new joiners.
Preparing Weekly reports, employee master data & other MIS.
Participate in Team’s ad-hoc projects.
We believe you have
Possess a bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent. (MBA preferred)
5-8 years recruitment and admin experience in manufacturing setup is required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Language proficiency in English and/or relevant languages. (Marathi is added advantage)
Experienced with Regional/Global Recruitment is a plus.
Experienced with Success Factors applicant tracking system is a plus.
