The opportunity

• Plans and schedules Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration Work Orders.

• Proficient in read & design – P&ID’s, single-line diagrams, ladder logic, and wiring schematics

• Carryout the calibration/PM and record data’s in checklists as described in the SOP’s.

• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing for new and existing equipment.

• Experience with industrial controls PLCs, motor controls, control valves, electrical distribution

• Prepare and maintain SOPs for all equipment

• Candidate should have working knowledge of various process control systems, Panasonic, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Honeywell, Delta etc.

How you’ll spend your day

• Maintenance and calibration of process instrumentation devices, electrical power distribution and monitoring devices, VFD drives and motor control.

• Must be familiar with VFD structure and be able to determine causes of failure and be able to repair (prefer AB experience)

• Responds to work orders and drive downtime calls in a timely manner.

• To assist Manager for timely closer of permanent change control, temporary change control, deviation, CAPA.

• Carryout the calibration/PM and record data’s in checklists as described in the SOP’s.

• Proficient in PLC – IO loop testing, Field Instruments TT, PT, FS, ON/OFF actuated valve, Flowmeter, RTD, LT/LS etc.

• Trouble shooting of Remote IO Panels & Power cum PLC Control panels.

• Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system i.e. (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider etc.)

• Adherence to standard operating procedures, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements.

• To ensure all equipment’s and instruments are operated and maintained as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

• Carryout the calibration/PM and record data’s in checklists as described in the SOP’s. Preparation of equipment/instrument qualification documents.

• Good technical knowledge of Pharma / OSD Formulation machinery (process, primary & secondary machine) and utility.

• Knowledge of GMP and various regulatory requirements.

Your experience and qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation)

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience with Electrical & Instrumentation installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation up time.
