POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate is responsible to develop and implement the Engineering concepts and system development activities for cybersecurity in automotive mechatronics projects. Ensure compliance to ISO21434 and UNECE R155 a homologation requirement. Support Cybersecurity manager in setting up the processes and tools for Cybersecurity Management System at Kautex . This role is critical to develop in house our capability to develop Mechatronic products.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
vDevelop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy and roadmap that aligns with ISO/SAE 21434:2021 and other relevant industry standards.
vEstablish cyber security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect our automotive systems and data throughout their lifecycle.
vConduct cyber security risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems and develop risk mitigation strategies.
vCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cyber security requirements into the system design and development processes.
vConduct regular security assessments and audits to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented controls and measures.
vLead incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a cyber security incident, ensuring a swift and effective response to minimize impact and restore normal operations.
vStay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques, and proactively apply them to enhance our cyber security posture.
vCollaborate with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to address cyber security requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
vBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
vMinimum of 2 years of experience in the field of cyber security, preferably in the automotive industry.
vDemonstrated track record in developing and implementing cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures.
vIn-depth knowledge of automotive cyber security standards, such as ISO/SAE 21434:2021 and other relevant industry standards.
vExperience with cyber security risk assessments and vulnerability management.
vFamiliarity with secure software development practices and secure coding principles.
vStrong understanding of cryptography, authentication, and secure communication protocols.
vExperience in incident response and recovery, including coordination with external stakeholders.
