THC Consulting & Advisory Services Looking For CEO – Not For Profit at Delhi, Delhi, Full Time

• The CEO will lead, guide, facilitate and oversee all the functions of the organization including program, operations, partnerships and support, Reporting to the governing board/ Executive Committee.
• She will be responsible for leading the review and development of a strategic vision of the organization in consultation with the Board.
• Build internal capacity to accomplish annual plans of operations and deliver results on the ground, in terms of benefits to the poor women and the target community.
• Oversee the management of projects and ensure the delivery of quality outcomes, in alignment with donor and organizational objectives.
• Be a hand-on leader providing a strong day-to-day leadership presence and support an open-door policy among all staff.
• Enhance the credibility, visibility and influence of the organization through strategic partnerships in an increasingly competitive environment.
• Take the lead in fundraising, by submitting as well as maturing project proposals to institutional donors, partners and the government.
• Help institute good governance practices, taking the lead in ensuring transparency, consensus and accountability for key decisions.
• Provide strong leadership and oversight to core support functions in the areas of Financial Management, Human Resources and Operations, ensuring that these are efficiently managed, and all systems, processes and policies are followed.
• Facilitates timely audits and all the compliances including FCRA, societies.
• Board liaison, preparation of agenda, minutes of meetings, preparation and dispatch of periodic updates and other reporting as required by the Chair/ EC.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in the Not for Profit or similar setup is required.
• Proven experience and commitment to measurable outcomes and impact-driven initiatives. She/he should have a results-oriented mindset and be skilled in implementing rigorous monitoring and evaluation systems to measure the organizations effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• A strong background in fundraising and resource mobilization, capable of diversifying funding sources, cultivating donor relationships, and developing innovative fundraising strategies to support the organizations sustainability and growth.
• Ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision for the organizations mission and inspire others.
• Proven experience in growing and launching existing and new projects, expanding geographical reach, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
• Prior experience in building a sustainable organization, including strategies for long-term funding, succession planning, and risk management is highly desirable.
