Position Overview:
The position requires capturing on ground intelligence on fruit growth and supplier management across various fruits like mango, orange and guava. Also needs to own the sustainability activities on ground.
What You’ll Do for Us/Responsibilities:
Driving Fruit Intelligence across multiple fruits like mango, orange, guava ,apple etc.
Supplier relationship management
Manage Sustainability programs and reporting
Inventory management
Work with internal and external experts to advice on best global horticultural practices for farmers to increase fruit yields on existing and new programs
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors’ degree in Agronomy/B.Tech
Extensive Agri-related experience
Building relationships and networks, in a customer facing role with experience in leveraging collaboration technologies
Strong communication skills in tamil /telegu and English
Computer skills
