The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both UX and UI design principles, be familiar with the UX design process, and possess a solid portfolio showcasing their design skills. This position requires working the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create user-centric designs.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure consistency in designs and adherence to design guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve the user experience.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of UX and UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with the UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in UI/UX design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
