The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) Hiring for Learning & Development Manager at Alibag, Maharashtra, India Full Time

The role holder will be based at Alibaug,Maharashtra for the initial 1 year, and post that will be part of the L & D Hub based in Mumbai. Where he/she will be responsible for taking care of hotels in the HUB, along with the HUB Head.

Training & Development

• Drives the process of orientation in driving the Taj Swagat process
• Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all the associates
• Ensures the completion of skill certification process for all front line associates.
• Responsible for identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
• Prepares the training calendar.
• Work in Coordination with the L & D Hub Head

People Focus

• Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
• Assists the Human resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs.
