The Indus Hospital Looking For Logistics Officer – (3 Months) Larkana at Tilhar, Uttar Pradesh, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that necessary requirements for the campaign logistics are communicated to the provincial office in good time for speedy action on relevant procurements.
• Ensure ITN storage space requirements for district and DPs are met
• Ensure the warehouses assessments are ready (at the district and DP levels) prior to delivery of ITNs as per the warehouse SOPs and LSC decisions
• Support the finalization of the final micro positioning plan and ensure that ITN deliveries is in accordance with the plan
• Ensure that ITNs are stored at district warehouse in accordance with warehouse SOPs.
• Ensure the coordination with transporters for timely deliveries of ITNs to the PPS/DPs.
• To collate all the documents tracking the movement of ITNs through the supply chain and ensure proper filing and archiving for analysis and accountability at the district level.
• Track nets delivered, distributed and left over at DPs on a daily basis
• Collate data from ITN distribution to ensure timely ITN data reconciliation as well as the implementation of reverse logistics immediately after the campaign.
• Write the final district logistics report based on the district distribution reports, including lessons learnt.
